The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
I would like a personalized image engraved, what format do you need?
The image will need to be in a Vector format (i.e. SVG, AL, ect) or a high quality black and white outline.
I would like a product you don't have listed, can you build it for me?
Please contact me and lets see what we can do.
My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
Unfortunately this can happen from time to time. But don't worry! Take as many images of the damage as possible (including the packaging) and then file a damage claim with the shipping company that delivered it. Contact me and I will work with you to either replace it or refund you.
I received my item, but the color doesn't match exactly with the product image, what's the deal?
Due to the nature of working with natural woods, colors and grain patterns can differ slightly from one build to the next. Because of those inconsistencies in the wood, no one product will match perfectly with the next - but will always be close.
