Each Personalized Thin Red Line American Firefighter Flag is made to order and handcrafted with handpicked quality lumber made with premium pine. I engrave each star with a CNC machine, I do not use paint or stickers as stars. Each Personalized Thin Red Line American Firefighter Flag will be coated with 2 to 3 coats of a clear polyurethane for superior protection (Unless otherwise requested - please message me if you want a different coating). NOT for outdoor use. These flags are American tough and made to last!

I would like a personalized image engraved, what format do you need?
The image will need to be in a Vector format (i.e. SVG, AL, ect) or a high quality black and white outline.
I would like a product you don't have listed, can you build it for me?

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
Unfortunately this can happen from time to time. But don't worry! Take as many images of the damage as possible (including the packaging) and then file a damage claim with the shipping company that delivered it. Contact me and I will work with you to either replace it or refund you.
I received my item, but the color doesn't match exactly with the product image, what's the deal?
Due to the nature of working with natural woods, colors and grain patterns can differ slightly from one build to the next. Because of those inconsistencies in the wood, no one product will match perfectly with the next - but will always be close.
